General Delivery Information

Your order from HERZENS is shipped with DHL.

As soon as your order has been successfully processed and has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with your personal tracking number. This allows you to check the shipping status of your order online at any time.

Express delivery is currently not available.

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery Countries

We deliver our products to the following countries:

Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Latvia.

Shipping to Other Countries

If your country is not listed above, please contact us by email at cs@herzens.com.

We will review your request individually and inform you about possible shipping options.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country:

  • Germany: approx. 2–3 working days after conclusion of the contract (Standard shipping rate of €3.96)
  • Other EU countries: approx. 3–4 working days after conclusion of the contract (Standard shipping rate of €6.95)

Unless otherwise stated in the respective product description, the above delivery times apply.
