Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded in the online shop within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

Return of Goods

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal of this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Compensation for Loss of Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling that was not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

• for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or

• which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Return Policy

You can return your order to us free of charge within 14 days of receipt.

The goods must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

What do I have to do if I want to return an item?

You can return all items that you have ordered from our online shop to us free of charge within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that the ordered products are in their original condition and that the associated label has not been removed.

If you would like to return your order from Germany, you will find the return slip and the return label in the package.

Return shipping costs cannot be covered without using one of our provided labels.
