Responsibilities:
- Providing expert advice on products, sizes, and fit, as well as assistance with product selection
- Telephone support and service-oriented advice to our customers
- Receiving and clarifying customer inquiries via email and social media
- Entering and maintaining customer data in the system
- Processing orders and supporting the daily sales process
- Managing returns and follow-up on orders
- Organizing and supporting trade fairs and customer events
Requirements:
- Interest in the fashion industry and a keen sense of trends
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented work style
- Confident and professional demeanor
- Empathetic approach to customers and a strong service orientation
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- High degree of initiative and teamwork
